The following students were named to the Castleton University Dean's List for the fall semester of the 2016-17 academic year. To qualify for this academic honor, the student must maintain full-time status and a semester grade point average of 3.5.

Several students gained cross-cultural experience this summer through travel opportunities of their own finding or design. Susquehanna is distinguished by its Global Opportunities (GO) program, which requires that all students spend at least two weeks off campus, immersed in a culture different from their own. The GO Your Own Way option allows students to fill this requirement through a self-designed program, or a study away, internship or service trip that is not offered through the university.
